Freight and Return Goods Policy
We endeavour to supply goods in a cost-effective way.
All deliveries are door to door and subject to freight charges. All goods sent overseas require a street number and
contact phone number as they deliver door to door. Deliveries within New Zealand are by CourierPost. NZ Postal Services
can make deliveries to Australia, although some delays may occur.
Please allow 4-7 days working days for delivery, overseas 7-14 days.
If for some reason after placing an order you decide to return them, you are responsible for the cost of freight to
return the goods. A refund will only be given for the goods once we receive the goods and have assessed them and deem
them to be able to be resold.
We advise that any package that may be sent back should be sent with track and trace, for if a package is lost NO refund
will be given.
All local tax and custom fees are payable by yourselves and will not be considered reasons for return of goods and
refund.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
It is the buyer’s responsibility when ordering to ensure the goods ordered to the buyer’s requirements and are fit and
suitable for buyer’s purpose.
Prices quoted include the prevailing rates and costs and shall be subject to increase in respect of any variation in such
rates or costs and prices may alter without notice to buyer.

Freight may be waived on orders exceeding NZD$2,000 (on enquiry) Upon delivery of goods, buyer shall inspect goods and at
the buyer’s expense give written notice within seven (7) days of delivery of any non-conformity to description. Failure
to give such notice shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of goods by buyer. In the absence of such notice, under no
circumstances acceptance of returns of defective goods after seven (7) days from delivery.
No such claims will be recognised.
